This designer Teddy sports a 2 inch 5 cm floral black scalloped lace around the entire upper bodice and around each leg opening. The straps are adjustable and it has elastic in the waist. Also a 2 snap crotch.

  This wonderful Teddie is much bigger in measurements than a small and I would think a medium or a bit larger would fit nicely though the tag does say small.
