I base the NWOT on the fact that the inspection sticker is still in place and if washed I assume this would be washed away. 

One would think if they had been worn they would have been washed. I would have washed them as I do all my used garments had this sticker not been in place. 

You probably should wash them before wearing just incase this is a stubborn sticker that will not easily wash away.  

At any rate they look new and if they are not, they are so near new as to not be able to distinguish the difference.  

A beautiful cream color with 3 rows of lace at the leg openings.
