You get an embroidered card white card stock and a white envelope for each card. Each card has
an embroidered picture such as flowers, bouquets, cars, fishing,
hunting, wildlife, cartoons, caricatures, simple artwork, gardening, loving such as hearts, lovebirds
etc.. over 100,000 choices. The size of these cards are 6.5
inches (16.5 cm) X 5 inches (13 cm). They would make a wonderful thoughtful and unique gift on their own or as an accompaniment to a gift or as a unique card for an invitation to a wedding
or birthday or???
A quality card and envelope of regular printed design
at a local store would cost as much as $6.00 each. FOR REGULAR PRINTED
CARDS!!! We have seen embroidered cards such as these sell for up to
$19.00 + S&H and here we offer these handcrafted embroidered cards to you at
$9.00 + S&H. Considering the time and care in making each card, individually, by hand you have a bargain
at twice the price. Each card is individually cut out using a template for
uniformity. Then we place and center the embroidered design (which could
have taken as much as an hour to set up and embroider) in the frame then
glue it in place with a non-drying adhesive so the material and
embroidered design can be removed and it can be appliquéd on most
anything for a lifetime of memories. Or frame it as is.
These cards, because of their low weight will ship at $2.00 each domestic and at
$5.95 if you purchase more than three up to a max of 10 ounces, then at the
prevailing postal rate + $2.00 Handling fee per 100 cards. You can easily
get a dozen cards or more shipped to you for about that $5.95 rate. As some have more embroidery than others you will need to contact me for rates.
These are one-of-a-kind cards because even if we use the pattern again we will never be able to remember the exact colors and so
you will most likely never see another card that is exactly as yours. If
you order a few dozen for a wedding we can make each exactly the same or
make some different. We can print on the inside whatever You want on an
inkjet printer prior to placing the embroidery. If you want we can save
the work to a file so you can reorder whenever you want and get the same
card and colors.
Yes the card is not cheap but then neither is the work involved in making them and just what is the love or sentiment you wish to convey worth?
AND have you priced just plain old cards in the store? We offer an
excellent buy. We will take special
orders on cards for birthdays, holidays, weddings, individual or groups, But as these cards take the same amount of effort and time to make no matter the amount the price will remain
the same. Your discount will be in the shipping, and it could be
considerable on large orders. A fancy design of many colors can take an hour to embroider alone and then there is still the cutting of the card and cutting of the fabric and gluing it all together and we
just can go no lower. But you will have an amazing wedding or birthday party as the card speaks of elegance and uniqueness in the extreme. If ordering quantity for a wedding or just
one for that special someone.
If you wish them printed in the inside there will be a charge of
$2.00 per card PER inner or outer printing and you need to send me the script, font, size, color and wording you
want and where to place it. Everything is based on white cardstock
using a normal inkjet printer and ink. However it is a simple matter to
remove the embroidered work and print them yourselves. example.

Remember
we are just 2 and this takes time so get your order in early.
Or you may print them yourself when you receive them just be sure the rollers on the printer are clean as the embroidery and fabric have a tendency to wipe
across them when printing after they have been inserted. Also as the glue we use is re-stickable you can remove the fabric, print the card how you wish and replace the fabric.
This can save you the printing costs if you're willing to put in the effort.
We can also send just the card (cut out) and the embroidery separately and you can
put them together at $8.00 per card and you save the printing costs.
Everything will be cut out and pre-made all you have to do is print the
card and glue stick the fabric with embroidery on and a backing we
provide made of standard card stock.
Remember
the fabric with embroidery can be taken out and used as an appliqué or
framed for a memorable occasion.
We
require a deposit of at least half the total cost before we begin work. We
can send a sample for the cost of the single card.

would prefer if you could come to our shop to place your order but we will
work with you online just bear in mind the time it may take for you to let
us know what you want , for us to send you pics of what we have available
, for you to decide, for us to make a sample ( if prepaid) and send it to
you and for you to then place the order.

I'm sorry
if the pages haven't changed in a while but there are so many demands on my
time that It is difficult to keep up. I recently moved all my inventory to my
Moms as she has a huge building we have set up Tamicraft Embroidery
in and are using for
our embroidery business. In doing so I noted I have literally hundreds of items
I need to list. Time is an issue though and I hope to be able to devote some to
do this after the holidays.
Though this site is
commercial in that we hope to sell our offered products we have posted pages
that are informational in nature that we hope will help guide you in either
your selections or in providing you with knowledge to help you in dating
vintage clothing. You are welcome to use the chat ( I lost the upgraded chat
and had to temporarily install an old 90's version) and forums( currently
hosted on another site I own Tamicraft.com) I would expect the forums would be
the best place for Q & A. I hope to have a forum up on this site soon, so I
can have more topics specific to this site. Time is an issue as Hubby and I have 4 sites
we try to keep updated
as well as a burgeoning business in
Tamicraft Embroidery and
a family to tend to. Myself, Hubby and two lovely kids. But I will get to it as soon as I
can.
I get a few letters
from people interested in specific items or wanting information on dating an
item. I hope I've provided enough information to help guide you to resources
that can be helpful. I know it can be a hassle researching through the USPTO
and others, but with a bit of digging you can generally find what you need.
There are sites out there which will give you more information and some that
are just information sites. Some charge for their services some do not. A lot
can be learned with just a bit of effort. When doing your research try to dig deep. Read my dating
vintage page and you will see how one person found a date and assumed it
was the date Antron III came into use. Further research on my part
proved otherwise. Always dig deep and seldom think you have the answer
100% nailed as there will always be an exception to a rule.
