We charge actual shipping + $2.00 handling within the USA and actual shipping + $2.00 handling international. DO NOT PAY TILL YOU RECEIVE A TOTAL INCLUDING SHIPPING AND HANDLING When I receive your email stating your ship to: address I will calculate the total Purchase price including S&H and send you the various totals for the methods of shipment you may choose from. Choose the option that best suits your desires. IE: Priority, 1st Class, Express, Parcel Post, Air Letter( now called 1st class international) or Air parcel etc. (not all options listed will be offered on all items) As to payment once you receive a total * including S&H * : You may pay via your Paypal account or credit card via Paypal. We do not send change back as it adds to weight of shipment, and because of heightened security can lead to opening of the package and loss or damage due to riffling of the contents.
